Items may be returned for ten days from the time you received them. (A little more if you ask nicely).
If you are returning something because you changed your mind, that's OK, but we are going to keep the freight and refund the rest. If you are returning something because its defective or we messed up some way, you get a full refund. The only time we will not issue a refund is if you do not return an item in good condition. Of course, if you try it and then find it’s defective, that counts as good condition.

You will find the phone number in the "Order Confirmation" e-mail which you will receive immediately after you place your order.
We will give you an authorization #. Then just ship the merchandise back in good order.
